Starting the year 2020 in fine form, Robin will play a special, intimate solo show in the gorgeous and unique setting of The Vintage Room in The Workman’s Club, Wellington Quay, Dublin 2, on FRIDAY JANUARY 24th at 8pm. Admission will be €10.
This will be a warm and fresh night of music that will move you, connect with you and let you lose yourself, performed with passion and accompanied with virtuoso guitar playing.
Opening the show will be Danny Burns, the acclaimed Donegal singer/songwriter who has recently returned to Ireland from the US with a Rolling Stone magazine-approved album under his belt and will play a live set not to be missed!
If you’re in town for Temple Bar Tradfest (22nd to 26th Jan) you can easily drop in and catch the show, the venue is located right in the thick of proceedings in the Temple Bar area.
This performance in January marks the start of a big year for Robin James Hurt!
2020 will see Robin recording a new album recorded in the spring. Regular musical compatriots The Band of Moonlight Love will join Robin in the studio for the recording and also for selected live dates.
RJH will also tour extensively throughout the year, with concerts being planned in Spain, France, Norway, the UK and Italy as well as all across Ireland.
Following on from its resounding success last year, Robin has been asked once again to curate the most exciting new stage at Electric Picnic – Spike Island – handpicking acts from Ireland and beyond.
